Your order is delivered in an insulated box pre-frozen so you can store it in either in the fridge or freezer. If you freeze the meats, they'll be good for 90 to 120 days.

Buy in bulk: Purchasing meat in bulk can often result in significant savings, particularly if you have the freezer space to store it. Look for family packs or larger cuts of meat that can be portioned out and frozen for later use.

Examples include: Lean meats - Beef, lamb, veal, pork, kangaroo, lean (lower salt) sausages. Poultry - Chicken, turkey, duck, emu, goose, bush birds. Fish and seafood - Fish, prawns, crab, lobster, mussels, oysters, scallops, clams.
